PM Modi Congratulates Manisha Ramdass and T Murugesan: Manisha Ramdas and Tulsimati Murugeshan have won 2 medals for India in badminton within just 10 minutes on the fifth day of Paris Paralympics 2024. Now the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has congratulated these daughters of India for achieving this historic feat. Murugeshan has won the silver medal while Manisha has won the bronze medal. This has increased the number of medals won by India in the Paralympics 2024 to 11.
Sending a message of congratulations to T Murugeshan, PM Modi wrote on X, “It is a proud moment for us that Tulsimati Murugeshan has won the silver medal in the women’s singles badminton SU5 category. Her success will inspire the youth to move forward. Her commitment to sports is commendable. Many congratulations to her.”
On the other hand, the Prime Minister also shared a special message for Manisha Ramdas on X. He said, “Manisha Ramdas has won the bronze medal in the women’s singles SU5 category with a great effort.
